The goal
Dental practices had no unified system to originate and follow patient financing applications. Applications lived across email, phone calls, and spreadsheets, so both providers and patients lost visibility into where things stood.
What we set out to do
Give providers and patients a single, transparent portal where every financing application can be submitted, tracked, and resolved without the back and forth.

- Designed and built the entire CRM portal end to end
- Provider dashboard to originate and manage patient financing applications
- Patient-facing application flow with real-time status tracking

The goal
As teams put AI agents to work, those agents need to send and receive email like real participants, but sharing a human's inbox is neither safe nor auditable. There was no email infrastructure designed for agents to own and operate their own inbox.

Give every AI agent a first-class email identity of its own, so agents can act autonomously while every message stays accountable and auditable.
